After the largest sea surge in 50 years the chances of the seals surviving looked slim,
so I was glad to see that the seals although displaced all over the point had been driven up into the sand dunes and were none the worst for ware, in fact it has been a record year at the Norfolk colony for pup births(over 1200 recorded).
